Aerial Device Safety Training - This classroom portion of OSHA-required aerial-lift safety training is appropriate for any employee who may be expected to operate a boom or scissors-lift device.  The course includes major compliance requirements, surveying the work area, correct operating procedures, recognizing potential problems and equipment maintenance. This course may be combined with Aerial Device Practical Training for complete compliance with OSHA’s aerial-lift training regulation.

Aerial Device Practical Training - This course is hands-on training and an evaluation of the students’ aerial-lift operational skills and inspection procedures.

Confined Space Entry Training – This course teaches students the proper procedures for safely entering confined spaces.  Prevention of employee exposure to a toxic atmosphere within confined spaces and appropriate equipment are also covered.               Length: 8 Hours     Students: 16 Max
 
Confined Space Rescue Training – This course teaches qualified Confined Space Entrants site-specific rescue procedures.  Training includes utilization of your company’s on-site equipment and practical hands-on confined space rescues within you designated confined spaces based on company policies and procedures.

Confined Space Entry and Rescue Supervisor – Students are taught to supervise the identification and entries into permit required confined spaces.  They are also taught how to supervise rescue efforts and emergency responses within confined spaces.       Length: 8 Hours      Students: 16 Max
 
Crane Safety Training – This classroom portion of OSHA-required crane safety training instructs students on the safe operations of mobile cranes.  Topics included in the class are: inspection procedures, hand signals, weight restrictions, load charts, outriggers, slings, and hoisting operations.  This course may be combined with the Crane Safety Practical training to OSHA compliance.               Length: 2 Hours     Students: 16 Max
 
Crane Safety Practical Training – This hands-on training and evaluations certifies students who have passed the Crane Safety classroom training to operate mobile cranes.

Fall Protection Safety Training – In accordance with OSHA’s Fall Protection Standard, this course teaches students the proper procedures for safely working at heights.  Fall Prevention, Positioning, Personal Fall Arrest Systems, and Employee Rescue are covered during the training.  Company policy, equipment requirements, and the fall protection plan will be reviewed.                           Length: 4 Hours      Students: 12 Max
 
Hazardous Material First Responder – Awareness – This course deals with the witnessing or discovery of a hazardous Substance release.  It teaches students how to initiate an emergency response by securing the area and calling in an emergency response team.      Length: 8 Hours      Students: 24 Max
 
Hazardous Material First Responder – Operational – This class instructs students who may be first responders to a hazardous substance release, how to protect lives, property and the environment without actually attempting to stop or clean up the release.      Length: 16-24 Hours     Students: 24 Max
 

Hazardous Material First Responder – Technician
– This course is for students who are expected to aggressively respond to hazardous substance releases.  They are taught how to survey the situation, control leaks or spills, mitigate the incident, and rescue others.  This class is composed of lecture and hands-on training such as exercises and drills to simulate an actual spill situation.  The structure of Incident Command System (ICS) is also covered, but the actual Incident Command System course is the next level.

Hazard Communication Training – This course trains employees to recognize and identify hazardous substances and interpret related chemical information.  It also acquaints employees with company Haz Com Plan and MSDS sheets.                                          Length: 2 Hours     Students: 24 Max
 
Lockout/Tagout Training – Students receive instruction in recognition of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, compressed air, or any other source which must be disengaged or blocked to avoid injury to employees.  Also includes labeling, selection of lockout devices and periodic inspections.
Length: 2 Hours     Students: 16 Max
 
Respiratory Protection Safety Training – This training provides students with information and guidance on the proper use, care, disinfecting, maintenance and storage of respiratory equipment.  They will also learn to recognize respiratory hazards.  Compliance with health and safety regulations will also be discussed.

Respiratory Fit Testing – A quantitative or qualitative test is required to determine proper fit of a respirator on a users face.

Scaffolding Safety Training – This classroom portion of OSHA-required training is for employees who are required to assemble, work on, or dismantle fixed or mobile scaffolding.  The course includes discussion of OSHA regulations, inspection requirements, proper assembling procedures, fall protection considerations, and emergency procedures.

Scaffolding Practical Training – The hands on portion of scaffolding training is required by OSHA to demonstrate competency.  Students will be required to assemble, climb, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding used in their operations.

Trenching and Shoring Safety Training – This lecture-based course discusses safety aspects associated with digging trenches and the use of shoring.  Topics include: Cal\OSHA regulations, soil classifications, types of shoring, sloping and benching, the use of shields, general safety guidelines and emergency response considerations.
